Pursuit ranked No.1 platform for service

You're probably already aware that the results of the Wealth Insights Platform Service Level Report for 2010 were released in June and that Pursuit was rated No.1 platform overall. The most pleasing aspect of the win is that it is based entirely on adviser feedback. More than anything, I'd like to thank you, our advisers, for your endorsement of the efforts we have made to provide you with the very best service.

We believe that premium service combined with intelligent product design is what sets us apart from other platform providers. Consolidating this key point of difference is going to be our focus for the coming 12 months.

  • Over the coming months, we will be running a series of adviser workshops and focus groups across the country. The main reason for these is to gain your feedback and ideas around all aspects of IOOF, including product development and strategy. The results will provide us with a greater understanding of how we can further improve our relevance to advisers. While the Wealth Insights report provided us with some great feedback on IOOF's positioning, we want to truly understand how we can increase our value to you.
  • We're in the process of reviewing our online reporting and functionality to ensure our systems efficiently facilitate the advice process and allow advisers to easily access the information they need.
  • We're focused on increasing the awareness and market presence of IOOF and Pursuit. We also want to help advisers position IOOF with their clients as an independent and sustainable organisation.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to mention some key people and their teams who are largely responsible for the service that led to our No.1 ranking:

Ron Beard – Operations
Alexandra Tullio – Sales
Nick Everingham – Product
Joshua Parisotto – Practice development

They've worked tirelessly to ensure that you always get the service you deserve but they also appreciate that we need to constantly improve. Most of you already know these people and work with them on a regular basis. I encourage you to continue to use them as key points of contact. Tell them what you need and challenge them to help you improve your business. We want to remain on top and the only way we'll do that is by listening and working with you.

Kind regards,
Renato Mota
