You can now complete more Pursuit Select actions using our new Online Forms functionality. We have introduced Online Forms to help you reduce errors and speed up processing times.
The following forms are now available to complete online:
Naturally, the new Online Forms are quicker and easier to use than paper based forms, but Online Forms are smart too. For instance, these forms will only show you the questions you need to answer (based on your circumstances and inputs). Plus, your inputs are automatically checked to help ensure the form is complete and correct.
The result is that Online Forms can help reduce the chances of an error AND improve the processing speed of your requests.
Online Forms are on the same IOOF Portfolio Online web pages where forms have always been available, such as
You can identify online forms by looking for the ‘Complete online’ link.
The paper based forms are still available by using the ‘Download forms’ link.
Using Online Forms is very easy, just select the ‘Complete online’ link and start working.
For most of the forms we will require your client’s signature. You can simply complete the form online, print it out and obtain the signature.
You can also submit the form online if you wish. IOOF will start processing the form as soon as it is submitted, but we just won’t finalise the request until the signed copy is received.
At the moment, Online Forms must be completed in full, in one go and cannot be saved. Please be aware that if you leave your work Portfolio Online will automatically log you out (for security reasons) and this means you could lose part-completed forms. We recommend that you gather all necessary information before commencing with a form. We hope to develop an auto-save function to address this issue in due course but for the time being please ensure you complete forms in one sitting.
We hope you find this new functionality helpful. We would welcome any feedback or questions you have for us. You can reach our Adviser Services team by phone on 1800 659 634 or by email at adviserservices@ioof.com.au. Alternatively, simply contact your Business Development Manager.
