Replacement of IOOF Portfolio Service disclosure documents effective 1 March 2010

IOOF Portfolio Service Investments Offer Document

A replacement Offer Document for IOOF Portfolio Service Investments will be available from 1 March 2010.

This new Offer Document will see the introduction of a Forms Booklet specifically for IOOF Portfolio Service Investments rather than the traditional structure of an application being included in the Offer Document and an Investment Strategies Booklet shared with the IOOF Portfolio Service superannuation and pension products.

NOTE: Applications made using the current Supplementary Offer Document will be accepted up to and including 19 March 2010 (provided the application is signed and dated prior to 1 March 2010). All applications made post 19 March 2010 must be submitted using the new Offer Document.

IOOF Portfolio Service Investment Strategies Booklet (Part 2 PDS) for Personal Superannuation, Allocated Pension and Term Allocated Pension

A replacement Investment Strategies Booklet (ISB) Part 2 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Personal Superannuation, IOOF Portfolio Service Allocated Pension and IOOF Portfolio Service Term Allocated Pension will be available from 1 March 2010.

These ISBs will integrate and replace the information from the following supplementary documents:

  • Supplementary Part 1 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Personal Superannuation dated 1 July 2009;
  • Supplementary Part 1 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Allocated Pension dated 1 July 2009; and
  • The Second Supplementary Part1 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Term Allocated Pension. The Supplementary Part 1 PDS for this product dated 25 January 2010 remains current.

These replacement ISBs should be used when making a new application as they have updated and replaced information contained in the Part 1 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service superannuation and pension products.

Switches and Investment Instructions submitted on forms from old ISBs will still be accepted. However, you should be aware that the investment options menu will not be up to date. The list of available investments for IOOF Portfolio Service products can be accessed through Portfolio Online.

IOOF Portfolio Service Investment Strategies Booklet (Part 2 PDS) for Employer Superannuation and Corporate Superannuation

A replacement Investment Strategies Booklet (ISB) Part 2 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Employer Superannuation and IOOF Portfolio Service Corporate Superannuation will be available from 1 March 2010.

These ISBs will integrate and replace the information from the following supplementary documents:

  • Supplementary Part 1 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Corporate Superannuation: Employer Information Guide dated 1 July 2009;
  • Supplementary Part 1 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Employer Superannuation: Employer Information Guide dated 1 July 2009; and
  • Supplementary Part 1 PDS for IOOF Portfolio Service Corporate Superannuation and Employer Superannuation: Member Information Guide dated 1 July 2009.

These replacement ISBs should be used when making a new application as they have updated and replaced information contained in the Part 1 PDS for these products.
