Work smart with online forms

An IOOF Special Announcement

Online forms are now available for certain Pursuit Select functions. The new forms can help you reduce errors and speed up processing times.

Which forms are currently available to complete online?

  • Pursuit Select Fee Aggregation form
  • Pursuit Select Death Benefit - Binding Nomination form
  • Pursuit Select Death Benefit - Non-Binding Nomination form

We intend to release more online forms later in the year.

Online Forms are easy

Naturally, the new Online Forms are quicker and easier than traditional paper forms, but that’s not all, online forms are smart too.

Online forms are smart enough to only show you the questions you need to answer. Plus, they will check your inputs to ensure the form is complete and correct.

This means that Online Forms can reduce the chances of an error AND improve the processing speed of your requests.

Where can you find Online Forms?

Online forms are on the same POL pages where forms have always been available, such as:

  • Products and forms
  • Documents and forms
  • Account summary

You can identify online forms by looking for the ‘Complete online’ link. The paper based forms are still available by using the ‘Download forms’ link.

Using online forms

Using online forms is very easy, just select the ‘Complete online’ link and start working.

For most of the forms, we will require your client’s signature. You can simply complete the form online, print it out and obtain the signature.

You can also submit the form online if you wish. IOOF will start processing the form as soon as it is submitted, but we won’t finalise the request until the signed copy is received.
