New redemption process for frozen investment options

To make things easier for you and your clients, we have changed the redemption process for frozen investment options.

We will write to clients holding frozen investment options informing them that for future withdrawal windows they can either:

  1. Submit a request now to participate in all windows until all units held have been redeemed; or
  2. Submit a request now to redeem units in the next window; or
  3. If they do not submit a request for the next window, they may submit a request for any subsequent window if/when they wish to participate.

To provide a consistent approach, we will be applying the same process across all frozen investment options, irrespective of whether an investment option provides withdrawal offers or simply pays quarterly redemptions.

As a result, we will not write to investors prior to windows opening. Instead, we will allow them to submit requests at any time to participate in the next available window.
