The Bulletin Board - a new way to stay up to date

The Bulletin Board is a new email service designed to keep you informed of important events, issues and announcements relating to IOOF platforms and the funds on our investment menus.

Where applicable The Bulletin Board also includes links to copies of any client communications that we send in response to these developments. This ensures you will always know about any letters we send to your clients.

We recommend that you monitor The Bulletin Board email closely every week to anticipate your clients’ needs and questions.

Why was The Bulletin Board created?

Over the past few months you’ve probably noticed an increase in the number of emails we’ve sent you. This is largely due to an increase in activity from the funds on our investment menus. When important changes occur within our investment options we need to let our affected members know, and we also need to keep you informed, hence the increase in email traffic.

In response to your feedback on this issue, The Bulletin Board has been created to reduce the number of emails we send to you, while still keeping you well informed. Essentially, this service aggregates the individual messages into one bulletin.

Things to note about The Bulletin Board:

  • There will be certain cases where we will send you individual messages outside of this weekly bulletin (for example, if the communication is urgent, or specific to a limited number of your clients).
  • We aim to send you this email each Monday morning but there may be times where this is not possible. We will always aim to get this information to you as soon as possible.
  • If there are no messages or client letters for a particular week we will not send The Bulletin Board.
